Hey everyone, we are looking for a responsible adult type person to move into our home in Lyons.

About the roommates: I am a 24 year old student. Obsessive cyclist, runner, and yes sometimes even climber by day. Couch potato by night.
The other guy is 32 year old professional. Loves crossfit and his 7 month old daughter (an angel!).

About you: Easy going, pays on time (duh!), doesn't bail and decide to move in with girlfriend (you just met her, WTF?).

Aboout the house: Its enormous. Hardwood floors, high ceilings, huge garage for all the toys, st vrain river in the backyard. We treat this place as a sanctuary, and hope that you would too. Oh, and your room is much bigger than the room you live in now.

$500/month + utilities. $500 security deposit. Pictures to come!!!
