So I just made the move down to Boulder from Estes Park and am looking for a place to live. I have been hitting up the craigslist listings but not come across anything too special. I am 26 and just got a full time job at the kitchen cafe on Pearl street. I figure posting here is sort of "pre screening" the roommate process by checking in with the climbing community first. Im not feeling the need to go with dirtbag pricing, but cant afford much more than $600 w/ utilities. Im pretty clean, laid back, and dont party like im in college. Any thoughts/suggestions are greatly appreciated!

There can be no dogs or cats, as I'm allergic. I prefer something that has sunlight and is not a basement. I am a 43 year old female. I work as an EMT full-time and am taking two classes at Front Range.
