| I don't mean to sound discouraging, but...
Moab will be geting pretty hot by then, so you'll want to find shady places to climb. Also, much of the climbing in the Moab area starts at 5.10 and goes up from there, and most of the climbs require gear.
All that said, there are surely some quality exceptions around.
If you don't find any partners, then when you get there ask around some of the climber campgrounds, preferably while offering beer. Women with beer often find themselves welcome around the campfire and at the crag.
Also you could always hire a guide. I know a couple local guides that would be happy to help.
One other thing to consider is Canyoneering. Memorial Day w/e is often the high point of the canyoneering season, and southern Utah has some of the world's best canyons.
HTH.
