| My buddy and I will be there (NTM) at 5pm. We plan on climbing at Industrial Butt to get on some sick moderate trad lines...oh the madness! ;) Hopefully we'll bump into some of you.
Tracy, is this gonna be the day you and I finally meet?!? After two years of chatting on SP/MP/14ers?

| That party was off the hook. I can't believe how many of you showed up. Mopeds, bellydancers, total debauchery.
You guys are nuts!!! | |

| OK, so next get-together... Dark Horse Saloon, Boulder, Weds 4/30/08. After dark (I'll be climbing until dark).
I'll bring the discount cards good for 30% off bar and food, but all orders have to be made at once for that. I'll be there ~8:30-9PM with a few pals.
Anyone else game? | |

I think 'Burger Madness' is T/Th/Sun. But the place is always inexpensive, and thre is always a special of some sort, and pitchers are ~$10, less discount.
The selection is never as good as at the Mt Sun, but you don't have to fight for a place to sit or wait 20 minutes on a beer either, and it's 1/2 the cost.

Yep the Horse also has more stuff hanging from the ceiling than the Sun. Great outdoor area sometimes has music (..?)
Tony I don't recall, are there larger booths than the traditional 6 top..?

| It was nice running into some of you at the crag. I saw Chris with my partially blind eyes and John but no Jeff. If you got there at 5 you walked right past me tho. Sounds like I missed a fun party!!! | |

| Darn...we were down at the Industrial Buttress and had the whole place to ourselves! I did see tons of people at Brown Cloud and vicinity though. Didn't join in the festivities at the end. We climbed until a bit after dark...8:30ish. | |

| Ha! I have no idea what we were climbing or what the area we were in is called. The routes we did were super fun tho. We were a little past the groups out there but not too far. | |

The back room, down in the 'pit' has 4 8-tops. YOu can re-arrange those to hearts content. In a pinch, the upstrairs area above the main door has awhole room they'll give you, seats 30 and is always empty.

Is this just a good ole boys party, or can any clown come in and hang out?

The idea is to hang out and have beer. I figure the more the merrier. I think 18 showed up the last time we went to the Southern Sun.

| Cool. I wouldn't mind meeting some more climbing partners. I moved from Boulder county to Chicago for a couple of years, I feel a little bit out of the loop. | |

Not so. Looks like Bocan will be fine tonight. See people there, or late tonight (after dark) at The Dark Horse. I'll arrive with pals sometime around or after 9PM.

| Any chance of throwing one together during the week of 7-13 June? I'll be in Denver for a conference that entire week. Was thinking about throwing the shoes in the check-in. Should i? How's the gym there? (Is there a gym there?)
I started out climbing down in Garden of the Gods way back in 90; man, i wish i could head down there for a day... or five.
I remember we found this old bridge bolted underneath down there (don't worry, creator, i won't give away the exact location) and nearly killed ourselves trying to climb this thing. Someone bolted a bunch of real rocks to the bottom of it and threw hangers up there and all. We eventually got up a pretty good ways but it was tough.
