The Newest cover of "top rope weekly"

Anyone have a recommendation for a great multi-pitch route on the Flatirons. I know some areas are closed this time of year so I'm hoping for routes that are open, sweet and fun. holla.

Looking down from Notchtop

Also a very nice route on The Slab and never crowded:

Check out Seal Rock, too.

I second that notion. The Direct East Face route is a personal favorite of mine and one of the best multi-pitch routes that I have done in the Flatirons.

Cima Margherita and Cima Tosa in the Dolomiti di Brenta. October 1977.

A few additional suggestions:
First Flatiron, Fandango. A less crowded alternative to the Standard Route
First Flatiron, North Arête. Rope drag may be an issue, but great position
Second Flatiron, East Face South. Better than Free for All, in my opinion.
Der Zerkle, East Face. Only three pitches, but rather unique. (Bat closures come into effect April 1st.)
Fatiron. If you don't mind a bushwhacky approach

Am I wrong? I thought that almost all these flatirons routes were closed currently for raptors? matron, maiden, devils thumb, sealrock, 1-3rd flatirons??

Matron, Devil's Thumb and Third Flatiron are closed. Maiden is open with access only from the east. Seal Rock is open, but not the area to its south and north of Fern Canyon. First and Second are open to normal business.
