Looking to climb. I am safe. Had knee surgery 4months ago so sticking my foot in cracks not a good idea and knee dropping not a good idea. Haven't climbed in a year. Was climbing 12's then.

Chris.

Do you have a physical therapist? Get someone with medical knowhow to tell you you are fine. I don't think a lot of people here are doctors (there are a few though...)

My climbing partner just moved away and I am looking to keep on climbing a lot! Give me a ring and maybe we can get out soon. I have rope/sport rack and I'd like to keep getting on trad routes, but I don't have a rack yet. I climb safe and I am more concerned with the amount of fun we're havin and not the grade. But - I like workin on 9s and 10s.

Send an email or call - Cheers

Matt
