Description

The is the west face of the summit dome of the Sheep Rock mini-massif.

The routes were bolted by Dave Dunblazer and his partner, Kat. They were productive members of a cadre of urban Denver climbers, who all met via Bill Forrest's climbing shop and put up a ton of routes during the summer of 1983 and 84.

None of us had much money for bolts but Bill would let his shop employees order the best drills and bolts from Ed Leeper. Of course, now those bolts are funky! This would be an excellent place for some better hardware, and more of it, because rock is very good.

Getting There

Beware of not straying south onto the LVR land near the creek crossing.
