The big chimney you walk through to get to the Cave routes. Go up until you can chimney over to the anchors at the top of the Cave Route.

I've no idea if anyone else has done this route. Not sure why anyone but Patrick would. It could could get an X rating as the first pro is probably 50 ft up, but I think you would not die if you fell from there, but you would be very badly damaged.
