DescriptionThere are many other areas in the monument with climbs that might be best categorized as "other areas." These include Devil's Kitchen, Liberty Cap, Airport Tower, Crack of Noon Tower, Dirty Old Man Tower, Ute Canyon, Roadside Crags, Devil's Canyon, Kodel's Canyon, Fruita Canyon, Wedding Canyon (though you have a couple routes from this area already - Fast Draw, Medicine Man), No Thoroughfare Canyon, Gypsy Towers, Hueco Buttress, Super Crack Buttress, and Terra Tower. There are many routes to add but do not match the rocks listed as options for Colorado N. Monument. Some of these are excellent in quality. Getting ThereColorado N. Monument other routes are scattered in the monument. From Grand Junction follow the signs to the monument to the South. Many of these are accessed via the Rim Rock Drive or via Colo. Hwy. 340.
