This formation is about 200 feet northwest of the South Formation; it has a long, flat, elongated summit. The northeast side only has low angled slabs; however, the southwest side yields quality high-angle face climbs on clean granite. To date there are only 3 or 4 routes on this formation. The climbs get plenty of sun and offer spectacular views of the Diamond and Mt Meeker.
Getting There
There are three ways to approach the climbs. From the saddle between the formations bushwhack along the northwest side; rappel in from the top; or scramble (third class) down the ramp accessed from the northwest corner.
