Description

The Thirty Minute Boulder is an un-intimidating little boulder with numerous problems on it. A nifty little V0 crack warms up the muscles for the rest of the sloping tricks (V2, V3, V4) that have been done here. The landing is utterly flat, the stone solid, and the problems worth the half hour of effort. This would be a neat rock to have in the yard, and it is a great place to practice moving off the ground. Top outs are at about 12 feet.

Getting There

Hike along the creek trail passing the turn for the Dragon's Den to a point 200 ft before The Traverse Wall. The Thirty Minute Boulder is nestled off the trail in some Aspen trees and provides a good vantage point for scoping the large crags (Trad potential galore!) across the creek.
