That's Topher. The giveaway is the dirtbag coolie hat. Topher has had many hats thru the years but they're alway the same...oversized, dirty and falling apart, much like most of our friends. How does he climb in those things? And sends too! I can't have anything on my head when I climb. Much less a radar dish. Half way up I send that thing sailing. Usually into a river. At which point if I'm being photographed the photographer is blinded by the yarmulke sized bald spot on my pate and quietly begins rappelling down. Another day shot. That's just not sexy.
