Bobcat Ridge is a line of Huge Boulders, Monastery in likeness, that has a fwe existing routes, (10-12), with potential for many more. It has a shady side for warm summer days as well as some sun baked exposure for those cool days. The approach is a short (5-10 min) uphill hike. Exhisting climbs are a variety of top-rope, bolted, and traditional. As far as is known, this is National forest property but there is private land near so be considerate of that.
Getting There
Take Highway 34 west of Loveland to Drake and go right on county road 43. 1/4 mile up from here is a turn onto a forest access road. This is the same road as Combat Rock, S and M wall, Monastery, and Cedar Park slab. Continue up past the switch backs and park at the Combat Rock pullout. Cross the Road to the East and wind your way up hill to the obvious line of Rocks. These rocks are very visible from the last switch back prior to combat rock but do not park there. A private Drive is near by. Lots of potential and a few exhsting routes.
