Guano climbs the right rock and ends on this kille...

Description

On the outside of the cave looking right is this route. [It's] a good short warm up and the only route in the Belfry, the small area above Spiral Staircase, that is dead vertical - almost slab. Rap or lower from the tree or even climb to the top to lower or walk off the Pencil.

Protection

3 bolts.

Don't you need ice to call it a mixed climb? This thing is currently all on dirt and rock. Does it ever have any ice on it? Aptly named.

On the FA there was a brown dagger hanging out of the dirt above the route. It formed after the cliff fell.

Hey richP (...or anyone else?), has this climb [Guano] also gone by the name [Bats]? I heard there was an easy/moderate M6ish mixed route to the right of [Esmerelda]. Is this it? Can you tell me anything about [Bats]? Thanks!

Yeah, it was first called bats, then I realized it was a piece of s***, so I renamed it guano. No, really it's a fun route if the ice is there. By the way, is the ice there this year?? Have fun.
