Climb stright up the vertical ice into a chandeliered alcove 3/4 of the way up. Crux. Move out to the right and finish up the vertical column.

Location 

Anchor from the railing at the NE side of the Lower Bridge.

Protection 

Start up the vertical column to the left of Tooth Decay.
