This formation is really made up of two small Flatirons West Gazebo and East Gazebo, and a host of smaller rocks attached to them. The space between them forms a small amphitheater. Both rocks offer easy (4th class or 5.0) climbing up their East faces and South ridges while their West and North faces are steep and overhanging.
The East Gazebo provides the best scrambling of the two and would make the perfect place to teach someone the ropes, literally. The rock is clean and solid and the large East face provides a variety of climbing up the 150 ft face.
The West Gazebo is a bit more serious and its East face is blocked in places by an overhanging bulge. The face is less clean than its Eastern bretheren. It does sport a rusty 1/4" bolt at the summit for anchoring.

Getting There
Hike up the Mallory trail, past the Babyhorn and Square Rock. As the trail turns South, you will pass a large overhanging rock on your right. This is the southern part of the East Gazebo. If you continue a few more feet on the trail, you will see a small meadow (amphitheater) to your right, the West Gazebo will be the rock to the left of this small meadow.
