I have spent more hours at this wall than any other on Flagstaff for a plethora of wonderful reasons; its overhanging enough to climb on in a rain storm, its a great traverse, there are several good highballs, and some wonderful eliminates to train on.
Getting There
Drive 1/2 mile past the Monkey Traverse parking and stop at a large pull out facing the First Overhang Boulder. Walk down the hill to the east and its right in front of you.
This Traverse covers the whole of the area from left to right. Start at whichever end you prefer. This is often regarded as one of the best traverses in Flagstaff due to its overhanging but positive holds. Many variations exist, come up with one of your own!...[more]
