Description 

Climb up the hinges on the left side of the door. Crimp both hands on the crack running parralell with the top of the door and with your right foot on a hinge dino for the top with both hands. Its a long fall so stick the dyno on your first try or have a good pad.

Protection 

High Ball. A pad would be a good idea.
