Description

East Blob is the rock just right of Blob Rock. It is composed of Blob Slab and the Upper East Face.

Blob Slab is home to runout slab routes like A Hike With Ludwig Dude (10a) and Crack Tack (10a) and one sport route, A Hike For Y2K (11d).

The Upper East Face has some great harder routes like Schizofrantic (11b), The Ticket (12a), and The Enlightenment (13b). It also has the most popular multi-pitch sport climb in Boulder Canyon, The Young and the Rackless (9).

Getting There

Take the trail to Blob Rock. Head right and down a bit and you'll soon be at the base of Blob Slab. Continue around the right side of the rock and go up the gully to get to the Upper East Face.
