Black Canyon Ascent
The Black Canyon Ascent has been called "Colorado's Toughest 10K." The course climbs almost 2000 feet over 6 miles on paved roads. Participants park at the start; informal shuttles will return them after the race. Prizes for top 3 M/F finishers and top M/F masters. Please note that the walk is non-competitive. Walkers start @ 7:30am, runners start @ 8am. This year's Ascent will be coupled with the non-competative Mission to Ride bike race that will take place the following day (May 18th).
