| My Mountain Hardwear Sub Zero SL jacket developed a few holes after a climbing some chimneys recently. Does anyone know where I can find some goose down to stuff back into my jacket before I sew the holes closed? | FLAG |

| Yup. Speer Hammocks or ThruHiker sell high quality down. Pricey but you won't need much. | FLAG |

| Thanks for the information, here is what I found from your suggested sources:
speerhammocks.com has 900 fill goose down at $30 for a 3.1 oz bag. thru-hiker.com has 800 fill goose down at $26 for a 3 oz bag.
Does anyone else have some ideas? I'm guessing that 3 oz is probably way more than what I need... Maybe I should rip into one of my pillows, a comforter or an old vest? | FLAG |

| If you really want some from them you can probably find people to buy what you don't use on www.backpackinglight.com
I know that's a PITA but you can probably recoup a good part of the $$$ that way. | FLAG |
