If you are not restricted to chosing between just these two, take a
look at the Hilleberg tents. Much lighter (and much cooler names!).

Personally I am in love with my Bibler Fitzroy, but I got it cheep, $300, it was quite a steal. The only time there is moisture inside is when it is well below freezing outside, all single walls are probably this way. It is very similar design to the mountainhardwear just is sets up from the inside, can be a bit of a pain if it is raining outside and you are crwaling around on the ground setting the stupid thing up, so the EV2/3 might be better for set up. the Bibler is a decent fit for three with limited gear and plenty big for two with packs inside, so compare sizes. Super strong too. Similar tents though so check them all out.
