| Howdy, Can anyone provide some contact info for companies besides CCH that will do cam pull testing? An alien cam of mine fell ~400ft with some bounces, due to me dropping it. Cosmetically there is no obvious damage, but I would like to test it.
Thanks | FLAG |

| I don't want to send it to CCH simply because their contact information on the website is incorrect. If they can't update their contact info (email) on the company website, I expect that pull testing my dropped cam would be pretty low on their priority list. This is a unsubstantiated bias though, if anyone has experience with good turn around time with CCH pull testing then let me know.

| Maybe call CCH. It will take a couple of weeks.

| FWIW, I exchanged a whole slew of email with CCH in May and June using the email address on their website (cchaliens@aol.com). Mind you they're not always very good at replying, but that address was correct as of 6/16/09.

| I would either get CCH to test, or toss them in the trash. If you trust CCH enough to climb with these cams, then you should trust nobody else to perform the voodoo black magic these things go through in the manufacturing process. Turnaround was about 2 weeks or so in 2-3 instances for me, back when I used these things. Each time, various parts were replaced. | FLAG |

| Thanks for the responses. I made a mistake, the email address is correct but their mailbox is full. I will send the cam to them and post the results here when I get them. | FLAG |
