| Ok, new post. I posted earlier today with questions about climbing in AZ but then remembered that since i am living in Colorado now and not Utah that New Mexico would probably make more sense for a drive. Any suggestions? I was thinking about Albuquerque.... I am wanting to get on some shorter multi-pitch climbs.... I just need out of the snow and ice! Thanks for any input! | FLAG |

| Well for what you described you might want to look towards Arizona. Here in Albuquerque we keep getting weather. If you want to some sport climbing you could head down to Socorro, NM but with the forecast that we have for the next few days you could be out of look there as well. You could head to Diablo Canyon as well if we get some warm days. | FLAG |

| what about down south in NM, say by Alamagordo? The snow up here in ABQ is probably just rain down there... I've only climbed in Socorro here in NM, but I hear tell of a place called the Tunnels, and there's low-elevation stuff out of Las Cruces (Rough and Ready Hills). All these are single-pitch sport stuff. When are you coming down? I'm getting a little tired of the gray and dismal myself. | FLAG |

| Go further south! Sitting Bull Falls, and Last Chance will keep you busy. | FLAG |
