Hi All-

I am posting this to ask for your help and input in regard to some of your preferences as climbers.

I am in the process of compiling data to complete my capstone research as I finish up my M.S. in Educational Leadership at Winona State University. Everyone who generously responds puts me one step closer to fulfilling my research needs (and completing my degree)- MANY THANKS!
