Complete A2 Pulley Rupture: MRI of my finger October 2003. The large amount of gray material in the middle of the middle finger in this shot is inflammatory fluid in the place where no fluid is supposed to be. The tendon above is supposed to be tightly tethered to the bone like it is in the finger on the right.
