Access Issue: Climbing Regulations/Seasonal Raptor Closures Details

The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description

This is the northern-most boulder and touches Boulder 2. The featured arete of Attractive Brunette (V2) is visible as you approach the boulder and several slabbier problems on clean rock can be found on the back (east) side.
