The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Begin on the far right side of the cliff and climb an easy flake on a low angle slab, then up a thin crack to the right of Baba Louie. Basically Baba Louie's fourth class start with a fun thin crack exit move.
