Over many days they worked the moves and eventually removed 7 of the bolts as sections went free. It was rebolted in the early 1990's and is now the Ceremonial Rock classic. ...[more] Browse More Classics in CA

Just off a trail on the right, before the way up the backside of Ceremonial, is a mossy slab with rock showing underneath. Just off vertical, with hidden, big holds between the moss, and good pro, I led up to the top, with a fun moves throughout and a kool finish, 5.6; descended on the formation's north side, a boulder move or two down, and went left to get back to the base. It had been done, as old pin scars were evident.
Location was, as best as I can recall, between two formations on the backside to the top of Ceremonial...a bench may have been near the left formation, and the route on the right.
Any info, anyone?
