The castlewood canyon falls ice is in and the gully down the trail is in. It's not much to get excited over, but I am 15 minutes away, so it works for me. I was going to go tr solo around tomorrow morning. If anyone is interested in meeting up, that would be cool. I may go check out the secret pillar as well. |

| Thanks for the pic. Climbed some of the stuff in the pic this morning. Ice is in great shape and easily accessible by scrambling down the left side of the falls. |

| If we actually get a base of snow down there followed by snowmelt and then more freezing weather, a lot of ice forms up. Especially on the South Rim. Think of it as ice bouldering |
