| The castlewood canyon falls ice is in and the gully down the trail is in. It's not much to get excited over, but I am 15 minutes away, so it works for me. I was going to go tr solo around tomorrow morning. If anyone is interested in meeting up, that would be cool. I may go check out the secret pillar as well. | FLAG |

| Make sure it's solid--warm temps this week may not bode well for it. Be careful! | FLAG |

| Thanks for the pic. Climbed some of the stuff in the pic this morning. Ice is in great shape and easily accessible by scrambling down the left side of the falls. | FLAG |

| If we actually get a base of snow down there followed by snowmelt and then more freezing weather, a lot of ice forms up. Especially on the South Rim. Think of it as ice bouldering | FLAG |

| I collected some slings at the top of the ice gully, if they are yours, let me get them back to you. | FLAG |

| Any word on the conditions this week? I was thinking about a Thursday evening/nighttime session but not if it will be dry tooling. | FLAG |

| We were there yesterday and it seemed pretty great. First time visitors to the ice in CW though, so don't know what it's usually like. | FLAG |
