Aid route up the crack on the back side of the Snakes Head. Scramble/boulder up to the start of the crack.

Right of Bolted Now, up high on the back of the Snakes Head.

This route follows the obvious thin crack around the back side of Snakeshead. There are a couple of possible starts, but the crack takes tied off angles to a rurp or two. You finish by hooking big loose flakes to the top.

If you can do this route, a lot of El Cap routes will feel easier.
