Can't Insert Blank Line Into Quoted Text

You can't insert a blank line in quoted text in a Forum post. If you do, the quote box goes away after you hit Submit.

I discovered the same problem when sometimes the "Quote-Box-Outline" does not appear. Also noticed the quote-tags were gone when I return to edit window in "Edit Properties" option (after I had formerly put them in)

Took a bit to sort out but here are the details. While in the editing window - 1)keystroke 'Enter' (hard return) is used to add a line in between the text (within the quote tags) 2)quote tags are erased and so is the "Quote-Box". It seems that perhaps the 'Enter' keystroke for some reason, deletes the quote tags and so removes the quote-box ? duhh--hmm...

Andy -any workarounds offered ? -np- this is just a (bump) question, thx
