DescriptionThis is the largest boulder beneath the Smooth Sole Wall, and lies approximately 200' further downhill. There are three routes on it, two are bolted and one is a top rope. The boulder is about 100' tall. The bottom is fairly steep, with a lower angle upper half. There are no anchors on top, so either use a tree further back or bring some gear to place in the large boulders on it's summit. Getting ThereUse the same basic approach as 'Below Smooth Sole Wall'. However, when under Mike and Larry's... continue traversing under the Smooth Sole Wall by dropping down slightly then going back uphill. The Obsession boulder is the largest boulder/face in the area and is on the left, with a somewhat triangular top. Descend via the left hand side (looking downhill) from it's top.
