Description 

The Pie Shop is a popular South Lake Tahoe area.
It offers good climbing and good bouldering.


Getting There 

To reach The Pie Shop from SLT, follow Hwy 50, west from the junction of 50 and 89 (known as the "Y").
A little past the airport, turn right on Sawmill Road, and continue for 1/4 mile.
Park on the left side of the road.
The trail starts in the boulders, right of two houses.

Carville's guide calls this a "leisurely" approach. While not long or overly difficult, I think leisurely is a bit misleading.
