Peregrine Falcons are nesting again at Lover's Leap. Please avoid the areas displayed on the map posted below. A closure will be in place at the center of the wall starting in mid-April and ending in September. A detailed listing of closed routes and any changes in the information regarding the peregrine falcons will be posted on the Eldorado National Forest website http://www.fs.fed.us/r5/eldorado. Description
Sport route just to the right of Stem Mister. Balancy moves bring you to a powerful lieback move to make a long reach to the next hold. Save some strength because the next few moves are no gimmie and you have to place a piece or two of pro before you make it to the next bolt. Chains at top.
FA credit in the guide is Mark Nicholas, mid to late 90s. It was he who put in the bolts, 4 or 5 of them? However, I've heard that some madman led this much earlier, but without any bolts! Sorry, don't have a name or when...
