About mid-way between The PCT and the base of Flagpole, is a short, polished slab with several black streaks. This is Solo Slab. The rock is excellent and you can climb anywhere on it. I soloed several lines on the formation, but since there are no bolts they would be hard to describe. I think there are some cracks on top for anchors for top roping.
Getting There
Hike up toward Flagpole Peak. The slab will be seen off to the left about mid-way.
