Description

This secluded crag holds a hand full of classics, but rarely sees ascents, because of the tricky approach. Even with the tricky approach, the climbs are clean and range from dihedral cracks to thin face climbs. There are two routes here which are classics that are not to be missed if your up for trad routes. These two are Childhoods Beginning 5.8 and Childhoods End 5.10d.

Getting There

There are two approaches to this crag.
The first approach starts at the base of South Stars Wall and traverses along the base of the cliff. This is the most common approach, but is the worst one.
The second one stays on the PCT trail past the turn off for stars wall and grouse slabs area. After Grouse Slabs, follow the PCT until right before the switch backs. Instead head into the small cluster of trees and follow a faint trail to the base of North Stars Wall. The second approach is easiest and is less bush wacking.
