DescriptionThe Peanut Gallery is the most slabby rock at Donner. While there are crack climbs as well, the bolted slab routes receive the most attention. The climbing is east facing and therefore is good for either a warm afternoon or a cool morning. Also the rocks on this side of the pass are a little more protected from the wind. Getting ThereFrom the West, continue downhill past most of the climbing until the road turns sharply left and Donner Lake is below you on the right. Drive a little ways further until directly to your left, you see the Peanut Gallery and its pullout. Park there.
