Brad topping out the main climbing on Knobby Wall....


Description 

This climb follows the obvious knobs to the right of of splitter up the 10 foot vertical face. Easier lower angle climbing gets you to the top.


Protection 

Toprope this climb from the tree as you start going down the gully to the climbs. Cottrell's guide shows 2 bolts for an anchor, but they don't seem to be there.

Just a clarification. I did not mean to rate this climb a "bomb." It is nothing spectacular, but worth doing if you are there. Its just a very short section of climbing. Nice for your very beginner friends though.

The climb called Knobby Wall is LEFT OF SURPRISE (the wide offwidth). Two 3/8 inch bolts with Fixe hangers are atop the climb.

Can be a hard start for such a low rated climb.
