Located on the elevated West Rim, up-canyon from the West Rim Area, this area offers great moderate pocket problems with some easy and hard stuff too.
Getting There
Walking up canyon, the West Rim is the rock band that runs along the entire left side of the canyon at the top of the hill. Desert Skies is on the Rim adjacent to the Happy Boulder Area.
Like pockets? Start on the lowest pockets just right of the vertical seam. Traverse left on pockets then up to a hard move to a crimp and continue up to the horizontal crack....[more]
