Those cliffs that are NOT illuminated are locally called "The Rowell Crags" and getting there involves at least an hour of gnarly, bottom scraping, 4x4-style driving up Chipmunk Canyon to reach. Little is written let alone known of the routes back there, but, at least from a distance, they're quite impressive.
