Description 

Fun technical climbing, old-school rating, definitely not a bolt ladder. With the ongoing grade creep, this will be probably be 5.10a R soon.

Around right of Weird Al, on the far left of the Staying Power Towers in old editions of Marty's guide.

Protection 

4 bolts. Supposedly you can get optional pro, but I couldn't find any.
