DescriptionThis 40' sandstone rock sits just west of Indian Rock, and shares many of its characteristics. First off, there's a lot of moss on the less-travelled climbs. There's both sport and trad, with top-rope potential as well. Until someone takes the time to clean off the moss, I wouldn't recommend doing any climbs besides the popular Baby Fat. Also, bring bug spray or some kind of zen that has the same affect. Getting ThereFrom the free parking outside of Castle Rock State Park, go across the street and into the parking lot for Sanborn-Skyline County Park. There you will see a wooden sign instructing you to go straight 0.1 miles to Indian Rock. The actual trail goes sort of straight and left. The Globule is directly behind Indian Rock as you approach, and you can get there by walking around either side of Indian Rock.
