BETA PHOTO: Route diagram for Wide Crack, Bolt Filcher, Ribbed...

Description

This Summit Rock classic is just right of Wide Crack and left of U. of Santa Clara Practice Climb #1. It ascends a prominent arete to a ledge. Crux is steep face climbing directly after the ledge. Follow the bolt ladder to the anchor.

Protection

4 bolts on route, 2-bolt anchor. Crux is well-protected. May need a long sling for the anchor.

Fun route, but I can't agree that it deserves 3 stars... maybe I just don't find slab climbing that exciting?
