Robert leading perfect Woodson crack

Description

Good hand crack on a dihedral leads to off width as you climb higher. Crux comes as you change from hands or lie back to offwidth. I found this climb in an old book that called it 5.9. However, after climbing it felt much softer.

Location

Continue below Out of Sight. You will see a short wide crack on a wide large boulder. The climb is on the north side of the boulder. You can see out of sight clearly from the top of the boulder. easy down climb from the south side of boulder

Protection

.75 to 4 Bolt at top need replacing set up anchor with two #2 Cams in flake on opposite side of rock. Belay from top
