Direct North Boulder 

this was my first out door sport lead. The start is the crux and a little scary for a beginning climber. However I onsited it no problem. Fun little climb

Great climb... the top is fun but relatively straight-forward 5.6ish to 5.7 climbing. I give it a 5.8 based on the tricky start, which requires precise placement, strength, and flexibility. It was nerve-racking even for our experienced climbers because the crux is early-on, with decking potential. Very much worth doing, I'd climb it again just for the enjoyment and flexibility training.

This route is known as "Diving Board" in the Kennedy-Hubbard guide. Great route that is far more mental than technical. Use a spotter until the leader clips the second bolt. A little hard for the grade.
