Midway though Segments in Space (5.11c)


Description 

The right side starts at Gravitational Humiliation (5.11b) and extends right all the way around the corner to Under Pressure (5.12a). Included in this stretch of rock are many great climbs like Boilermaker (5.10c), Segments in Space (5.11b), Conscious Projection (5.11d), Straight, No Chaser (5.12a), Suspended Animation (5.12a) and Particle Acceleration (5.12a). The classic Hungover Traverse (V2) starts on this side and extends well into the Hungover Wall - Left Side as well.

Getting There 

The Hungover Wall is located 3.4 miles up the Keller Peak Road on the left-hand (north) side of the road. Parking is available for about 4-5 cars with additional parking located a short distance up the road. Once parked the walk to the base is 1-2 minutes.

Preclip the high first bolt and then move somewhat left of it to get started. At the horizontal traverse right to a second bolt and the crux moves over a bulge to reach a sloping horizontal. Continue up the bulging face passing numerous horizontals to a final tricky crux passing the last bolt.
