Description

This fun traverse typically starts on the north face and then traverses the entire east face from right to left. The crux comes towards the end as you stay low and make balancy moves on smallish holds; doing the high variation makes this a V2 problem.

Normally done right to left and then back right for the full effect, this and the Hungover Traverse (V2) further up the road are two of the better boulder traverses at Keller Peak.

The last two or three moves at the far left of the traverse seem to check in at about V4 by themselves--powerful, bunched up underclings (especially if you're tall) with so-so feet. Reversing those same moves without resting would be quite a feat, and it has been done (not by me!). Beware of a couple loose holds towards the left end of the traverse.
