Stefan working the crux barefoot!

Description

Snelled Hook starts about 5' right of Hook and Ladder and climbs plates to the top, sharing the last two bolts with El Gancho. Similar to Hook and Ladder but on smaller, more challenging edges with a reachy crux down low. Rappel or walk left to descend.

Protection

3 bolts, bolted anchor shared with Hook and Ladder

Good climbing up incut plates with a crux right off the ground. Going slightly left is the key as going direct is harder than 5.8 in difficulty. Don't fall clipping the 2nd bolt or you'll hit the slab at the base.

Worked the direct start to the jug hold. Yep, pretty reachy....even for a guy who is 6'1"! Prolly makes it 5.9 going direct.
