Midway up Hidden Gold (5.7), Holcomb Valley Pinnac...

Description

Hidden Gold is a well protected moderate that takes a line up the middle of an attractive face with plentiful holds.

Stem off a boulder to start or climb direct and after passing a low crux wander upwards enjoying the solid, well-featured stone. This would be a good lead for somebody just getting their lead head together.

Protection

4 bolts, chain anchors

Fun climb that's well worth doing. The direct start (without using the boulder behind) makes this a much more memorable and consistent lead.
